Job Location: St Tropez
We are seeking a talented and passionate Private Chef for our client, whose second home is located in St. Tropez.
The family enjoys a varied cuisine, and the chef will be expected to prepare a selection of international dishes, healthy and tasty, for both children and adults.
The ideal candidate will be adept at planning menus and ensuring the quality of the dishes served.
All candidates must hold a valid European passport or residence permit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide lunch and dinner for family and guests
- Prepare meals daily in a mix of cuisines but the family do prefer seasonal fresh food, light Mediterranean cuisines
- Grocery shopping focusing on locally sourced produce
- Provide simple staff meals for 5/6 people
- Maintain a clean, working environment/fridges etc
Qualifications:
- Several years prior/similar experience
- Good knowledge of Mediterranean, fresh fish and seafood dishes
- Good BBQ knowledge
- You will need to be highly organised and tidy
- Excellent plating/presentation skills
- Be able to cope with last minute changes
- Pet friendly
- Chef must live locally
- Speak fluent English and French
- Excellent references
Salary: based on experience
Days: 5 days/week
