A private family with residences in Saint-Tropez and Monaco is seeking a full-time, live-out housekeeper to join their household on a long-term basis. The main residence is in St Tropez, so the ideal candidate must live within a reasonable commute to Saint-Tropez, as this is a Live-out position (no accommodation provided). Occasionally will have to travel with the family to Monaco.
The ideal candidate is highly meticulous, discreet and takes genuine pride in their work.
All candidates must hold a valid European passport or residence permit.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5* Housekeeping by ensuring careful and meticulous maintenance of the property
- Preserve a calm, orderly and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth coordination
- Responding to the needs and demands of employers
- Maintain general order during family absences and ensure the home remains ready for guests
- Must be a self-starter and work under minimal supervision up to high standards
Qualifications:
- Strong verifiable references from previous private households
- Fluent or good spoken English
- Knowledge of French is a bonus
- EU driving license is a bonus
- High attention to detail, self-motivated and professional
- Must be precise, trustworthy and passionate about high-standard cleaning
- Knowledge of care of luxury items
- A positive, can-do attitude
Start: Mid-August (one week trial), starting 1st week of September 2025 if successful
6-month fixed-term contract, evolving into a permanent contract, subject to successfully passing a minimum of 1 month’s probation
Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00h – 18:00h
Salary: €4,000 gross monthly
