This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. The candidate will be supporting the clients in the daily management across all aspects of their personal lives, as well giving support in administrative tasks in their companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the principal’s diary, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and social engagements
  • Arranging flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Handling French bureaucracy
  • Research of Real Estate market
  • Assisting home guests and help to their needs
  • Providing administrative support into the businesses (answering to emails, calls, and letters, customer outreach)
  • Coordinate personal errands and oversee household administration with precision
  • Liaise with the household team
  • Ensuring household systems, inventories, finances, purchases and run processes efficiently
  • Supporting the principals during emergencies

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a PA role within private households
  • Strong tech and IT skills to manage operational systems efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and digital proficiency
  • Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Pet friendly (family has a cat)
  • Excellent checkable references
  • To be fluent in English and French and strong Arabic level it’s a plus

Salary: EUR 3.500 – 4.000 Net per month, based on experience
Days: Monday to Friday, 10h-18h, or flexible if desired

Candidates must be self-employed
