A high-net-worth international family is seeking an experienced, discreet, and dedicated full-time nanny to provide exceptional care for their 3 children. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who thrives in a structured, private household environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care tailored to each child’s developmental stage
- Plan and organize educational, creative, and recreational activities
- Support school routines, homework, and extracurricular schedules
- Coordinate with tutors, household staff, and parents to ensure consistency
- Maintain children’s routines, including meals, hygiene, and bedtime
- Travel with the family as required (international travel may be frequent)
- Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for the family’s privacy
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with HNW families or in private households
- Background in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid passport and flexibility to travel
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Warm, calm, and emotionally intelligent
- Strong references and clean background check required
Salary: 4.500€ Net
