We are seeking a dedicated and experienced household couple to manage and maintain a private residence in Cannes, in the South of France.
This is a full-time, live-in position. The couple will be responsible for a variety of duties.
Flexibility to be provided, as the property is not occupied all year round.
A small one bedroom apartment is offered with this role.
This role is ideal for a discreet and professional Couple with the ability to maintain a household in exceptional working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Housekeeping
- Wardrobe Care
- Assistance with food prep, drinks pouring, food serving and other hospitality
- Assist in kitchen when required
- Shopping & errands
- General interior and exterior property maintenance
- Assist in the maintenance of the garden
- Occasional driving
- Liaise with local contractors
- Maintain general security
Qualifications:
- Excellent previous domestic couple experience
- Excellent letters of reference
- Good spoken English, some spoken French
- Good handyman and garden maintenance skills
- Excellent housekeeping skills and experience
- EU passport or a French carte de sejour
- Mature, self-starting, and responsible, but fit and energetic
- Non-smoking
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Expect all staff to work together well and very much as a team, helping each other where possible
Salary: EUR 6.000 for the couple
